Generate a mock debit card withdrawal authorization transaction in sandbox. This endpoint will generate a transaction with typeCode=ATHPCH and a Debit Card Withdrawal Authorization real-time event with userEventTypeId=3060240.
This endpoint can only be used by Visa DPS programs and only within the sandbox environment.
