Unlock an external account by the Helix-assigned externalAccountId.

🚧Warning

Use of this endpoint requires approval from Q2 and your bank of record.

62511External account is already unlocked.
62512Unable to unlock an external account that is not in a Verified status.
62513External account is locked by admin and cannot be unlocked by api.
