Generate a mock debit card purchase return transaction in sandbox. This endpoint will generate a transaction with typeCode=CRDRTN and a Debit Card Deposit real-time event with userEventTypeId=3060351.
Warning This endpoint can only be used by Visa DPS programs and only within the sandbox environment.
