195102	accountId `{0}` must be a business account.
195108	customerId `{0}` has insufficient entitlement on accountId `{1}` to list entitlements.
195109	Invalid accountId `{0}`
195112	customerId `{0}` is invalid.
195113	customerId `{0}` is inactive.
195114	customerId `{0}` is locked.
195115	customerId `{0}` is marked as deceased.
195116	customerId `{0}` is not in verified status.
195117	customerId `{0}` must have an active customer relationship to the business customer who owns the account.
