| 194903 | CardId {0}, has been locked. | Card must be in an unlocked status to order a physical card |
| 194904 | CardId {0}, physical card already ordered. | |
| 159105 | CardId {0}, physical card already exists. | Use /card/reissue to reissue a card |
| 194906 | Dual Issuance Single Pan Program setting is not enabled. | Use of Dual Issuance Single Pan Program functionality requires approval from Q2 and your bank partner. Please contact your Client Success Manager for more info. |
