| 193000 | Not Enabled | You are unable to use Risk Factors because it is disabled for your program. |
| 193006 | Invalid Card Status | Card status is not in a valid status. Card status must be in a verified, reissued, digital active physical initiated or digital active physical pending. |
| 193009 | Risk Factor not found | Card record does not have a DPS confirmed Risk Factor present |
