Generate a mock debit card ATM withdrawal transaction in sandbox. This endpoint will generate a transaction with typeCode=CRDCSH and a Debit Card Withdrawal real-time event with userEventTypeId=3060343.
This endpoint can only be used by Visa DPS programs and only within the sandbox environment.
